Group Declutter

During these thematic 1-hour group-style sessions, we highlight one of the 5 elements. We then focus on establishing a deeper understanding of the element at 'work' and at 'play'. We apply some activities and meditations to complete in between sessions. These sessions are offered every other week and can be joined in any order.
